Hi Peter,

Just wanted to let you know that we had the most fantastic time in Italy, the house was fabulous and the owners extremely helpful and accommodating. We loved the area. This villa is a real treasure and we will definitely be recommending it as an excellent holiday destination. The house was beautifully presented and any problems were dealt with immediately. The pool was lovely and the view outstanding. We felt the photographs on the web site didn’t do the property justice.

Sorry I completely forgot to reply back to this email. Yes the holiday was excellent. The villa was fantastic. The only thing I would say really would be since we had never been before we really didn’t know our way around. There was some information in the villa. But we didn’t even know how to get to the main area where all the resturants and shops were in Castel Gandolfo – so we didn’t find that until our 3rd or 4th day. Also some information on how to get to Rome would have been good. We found the best way by far was just to jump on the train at Castel Gandolfo but we weren’t sure about where to buy tickets from.

The villa was so nice though we just spent most days relaxing there. It was very clean and someone looked after the pool everyday. There was also a table tennis table there which was great. And the downstairs kitchen was really handy for drinks by the pool. It was a great holiday – we all really enjoyed it.
